Looking for High tack RA type vinyl

I'm looking for the opposite of what most want in wrap vinyl.

Aggressive initial tack and VERY hard to get off.

Basically, like a Convex, DPF8000 or Substance with a air release?

Any ideas?

Orajet 3951RA w/290G Lam is good. 3951 has an aggressive initial tack (compared to 3M180Cv3 or Avery 1005).
