If you look about half way down the home page here, you will find a search box for Express Clipart. You'll find any number of wild animal and fish in vinyl-ready and print-n-cut ready condition if you just type in the best keywords for what you're seeking.
The "wise guy kid" is you ask about is probably Calvin of the Calvin and Hobbs comic strip. He seems to be available from various collections sold on ebay ... usually listed as flea market or swap meet images. Reproducing the Calvin image is illegal under copyright law. You can make up your own mind if it's worth the risk or if it bothers you.
