Question Looking for information on screen printing Heat transfer inks

Essentially, this process,

We have a regular screen printing shop but no experience with Heat transfer printing. Some of the basics we can sort out but there's going to things only experience teaches. For the people who do it here, do you use a special ink? Do you have any tips & tricks to share?

We printed them long ago. You need the transfer paper , plastisol inks and a regular conveyor dryer for curing. You may also want a spot curing unit . Perhaps technology has changed since then though!
