Looking for on-site enVison 375 repair.

Does anyone know of anyone who can perform an on-site repair for a Gerber enVison 375 in the Central Florida area? Have the identical issue with two separate plotters and even the tech at Gerber has been stumped for over a week. Willing to pay top dollar for travel expenses and repair.

maybe bite the bullet and send to jimmy the plotter doctor?

it certainly isn't cheap but they do very nice work.
they are very thorough
