We need the usb dongle and the Installer if its another version than 7.

What is your Windows version?
What is the brand and model of your printer?

With Onyx Production House 7 the dongle is considered the software. If you have lost or do not have the software dongle then you will have to buy a new software set.

We've got one here, was used on a Windows XP pc that eventually died, so had to upgrade. It's for Postershop, can't remember exactly which version but pretty sure it's one of the early ones as 7+ years old.
