Need Help Looking for parts to my graphtec fc7000mk2

Hi , im french and i come to this community cause i see lot of people here.

I got a fc7000mk2 who seem to work but the blade doesnt go down , i don't know the vocabulary in english , but nothing happend and this kind of plotter can be sell at 1000€ , but in this condition i can't sell it more than 500€ , so im looking for parts to solve my problem.


have you any idea ? thanks

As I've heard from a local Graphtec distributor, it's almost impossible to find parts for fc7000mk2, servomotors, and so on. Maybe on DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES
