Looking for Pesticide Signs 2-300 small with stakes

Never ordered these before so I'm looking for some ideas. Do most people do the UV gloss 2 sided paper with the little slide in stake? Or coroplast with a single stake - I can't find a wholesaler that cuts them small enough. Looking for probably 4"x4" or 5"x5"
