Looking for round exterior blade sign brackets

Any sign shops/welding shops nearby that do steel welding and bending? Looks pretty basic but it will definitely cost more than the pre-made one. Could always cheese it and cut the whole 'frame' out of a single piece of aluminum and just weld it onto the plate.

That's the route we went with this. I cut it from 1/4" aluminum and welded it to a 1/4" aluminum plate.
