A large factory-type company I've done sign work for before has just been bought out and new company wants, along with the normal W9 and C of I, our written Drug & Alcohol Policy (which I have) and our written Safety Policy, which I do not.  We're a 5-man shop.  We use general safety policies (safety glasses when cutting, hard hats when working overhead, harnesses at heights, etc) but we don't have a written policy.
