looking for servprog.exe" for Epson 9900

Hi all, I'm new here and I'm desperately looking everywhere for the service program for an Epson 9900. (reason is the second defective printhead in 10 years.) I've read here and elsewhere that it's available at "insider Epson" - but what is insider Epson? Unfortunately, I can not find that either. Could someone please tell me where I can find the program? Many thanks!

... there seems to be no way to get the service program here in Germany, except dubious sources on Ebay. Could someone help me here, maybe with a hint? Many thanks.

you can find it on ebay in word adjust program "Adjustment Program For Epson Pro 9900" 26.40 dollar
