Pixels Are Bad Mmmkay?

I'm looking for a clipart image of an electronic poker/slots machine like the one in the image attached. Does anybody recognize this image and know where I can purchase it or know of a link to a similar image? I've spent about a half-hour on Google and Shutterstock so far to no avail. Most of the clipart I'm digging up is either casino machines (not video machines) or just crappy cartoonish images. My customer really wants this or a very similar image and I'm having no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.
