Looking for U channel material for easel posters

After handling easel posters my customers complain about edges & corners getting damaged. I have tried polymer materials from Lowe's but not satisfied with the result. I recall in years past a U channel light weight aluminum for sealing the edges but have not located. Any info or suggestions?

At my old job we had one of these > > > http://fastframer.com/

They have different thickness of edging in several colors.
If you do a lot of them, they have a machine that notches the angles but leaves
the channel attached. We had one of the stand up notchers...they're a lil' pricey.
After framing, we used a syringe with some acetone and ran it around
back of the frame, which bonded the frame to the foam board.
