I have many catalogs at office showing they sell what I am looking for, but do not know if they are reputable. I am looking for the type of banner/flag material that comes with the stand is upright, but kind of bend and flows with wind, if that makes sense? who is a good wholesale of this type of work? Thanks

Like dye-sub fabric? If so, I highly recommend Orbus. Creative Banner Assemblies is also good.
