Lost Toolbars.....again.

Somehow I lost some of my panel toolbars......mainly the "type or text" toolbar.

I can try to turn it on from the pull-down, or ctrl+t, and nothing happens.

Can anyone help?

I have all my toolbars.......just not the "text" ones.....I'm going nuts!
