Lost USB Drive / Need Backup Folder "GH-8H-STD" for Sunthinks 6090 (Hoson / Ricoh GH2220)

Hi everyone,
I am in urgent need of technical help. I unfortunately lost the original USB factory drive for my Yuxunda / Sunthinks 6090 UV flatbed printer and can no longer connect to or control the machine.
The manufacturer support is not able to provide a backup of my old setup files.
Is there anyone in the community who owns a similar Chinese UV flatbed printer running Ricoh GH2220 heads with a Hoson board, and who still has a copy of the factory software folder named GH-8H-STD-(UV-Water)?
Here are my exact hardware specs:
  • Printer Model: Yuxunda / Sunthinks 6090 UV
  • Mainboard: Hosonsoft UMC-GH2220 V1.7a
  • Headboard: 8-Head Board (4x Ricoh GH2220 / 8 Channels)
  • Interface: USB 3.0 (via 5-meter round cable)
  • Original Software Folder Name: GH-8H-STD-(UV-Water)
  • Ink Configuration: UV (CMYK + White + Varnish)
If anyone has a backup of this specific PrintExp / UltraPrint folder including the factory .ini and wave files for this configuration, could you please share a download link (WeTransfer, Google Drive, Mega) with me?
I am completely stuck and would highly appreciate any help from fellow owners or technicians!
Thank you so much in advance!

Open printexp installation folder, in programfilesx32 search folders inside for firmware files, backups or part default reflashabe files

On that usb drive was stock firmwares for new boards just to make work with all same printers, settings what was originally in factory mode when opened for the first time and you didn't picture on phone are lost forever and don't press too much save button without reason if you have PrintExp software too as control center
Got Roland Eu2-1000mf flatbrd, week of configuration, 1 day of print, 2 weeks investigating why it dropped every setting to zero in factory mode and step by step restoring it back to work because we didn't picture every screen of settings and all gear uv x y color settings wass a mess including distance it moved by encoder
What can I say, when its made in China like lasers on ruida controller it's made in china

Manufacturer cant you provide files because they dont have them, each unit they made are unique and pre-configured in factory

Whats your issue? Looks like similar to eu2, we have gen6 8pcs heads installed, to control printer no usb needed, but we have large one uv with table 1.2x2.4m not dtf small but it doesn't matter they are all same

If you cant connect to it anymore how do you think you will reflash boards on it without printexp?

May be your pc lan adapter ip4 settings and printexp connection ip4 settings dropped to zero?

Have you touched motherboard with 1 digit screen where it shows numbers?
Each number including letter shows it's state and whats wrong, if there is jumper switch with 1 and 2 and you put them to position up (on) board will enter update mode but you cant connect to it and alarm will nonstop sound if you have one, need to put them both in off position and connection again will be available and boards will be flashable too
And in factory mode never press - initialize button and second one, or printer will be piece of junk

When U buy these printers - no matter roland or other brands, you are from that point on your own and nobody can help you, even factory because each piece is unique

For our Ricoh heads files found in printexp installation folder in programfilesx32 even fresh reinstalled, for factory mode wav too, don't remember exactly folder name but it was named GEN5 etc so you can mismatch and waveform setting was something set %onChinese%D2 mode, head temps to 45, voltage 16, real 15, and offset for voltage 2

Uploaded 2 control centre's for these type of flats, one for 10 year age before
And new with hoson boards, extract and in config folder look for all yoy need but be careful, can first try to use wav from default folder but gen5 works on /%somethingOnChina/D4 waveform on other printers we have with that not hosson cc

You can see it by pressing test print - if it's a mess with shifting colors - wrong waveform and where in factory mode are printhead colors by channels up in small window will be drop down window with 2 postions - 360 and 480, choose one and clear it with bakcspace on keyboard and type 720 then press save button in upper control center menus and close window

When u are editing params for nozzle alignment vertical, banding, location etc be sure you choose first how will you print - in print parameters - bidir, high speed, from origin etc

Because you will calibrate and align that print mode you have chosen, if you set to print from right and different speed all settings with head calibrations will drop to 0 if it's again just out of box

And don't press too often save button in printexp, basically just when you make adjustment to heads calibration, when you change margins and etc don't press it will print what u want, basically if printer goes crazy just press load button and it will drop down to your calibrations

If you press save after each move calibration step etc it will start to collect x y axis error in movement and you can lose your home position and table sizes and it will start to hit all of its construction ignoring end switches
So when your prefferres print mode/speed and etc is set and you calibrated all heads for that your preferred mode move printer to flush position, press reset x then reset y and then click save and dont ever touch that button

Okey, no answer
Looks like printer is gone to junkyard, as we wanted to do so with roland eu2-1000mf

But now it works just perfect, month have passed, but figured all out by myself, now it outperforms superb quality prints and real real real fast, as Roland didn't produce this piece of equipment, it's all hoson including design and assembly in china, just Roland sticker on it, even hoson couldn't help - as i sayd - each printer is unique
