Low details in prints

Hi, i use a Roland Soljet PRO III XC 540, im having trouble printing small details. In some profiles with single pass make better results but small details still a problem.

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
My first impression is that the material is not compatible with the ink. I have seen that effect when printing solvent on water based material.

We use the same printer and I've seen this happen when taking a large photo and shrinking it down.
