lxi 7.5 .....can't print a proof

Had been working fine.....this morning tried to print a proof and lxi locks ups. I tried rebooting the software but still nothing also completely removed it and reinstalled it.......any suggestions thanks in advance

I have the same software and when the program locks, I close the program, go to start......programs.........VE LXI......... Clear Preferences. that should set the entire program to default mode. try setting your printer in the correct port so that way you will be able to print. also try reading the manual or go to help on LXI. there are some instructions in how to set a printer and the cutter to the same program. hope this help.
