We are seeking a Lead Fabricator / Generalist to join our small, specialty sign manufacturing shop.

Our focus is high-end wholesale channel letters, with our primary product being trimless channel letters. This is a hands-on fabrication role in a shop that values craftsmanship, consistency, and attention to detail.

About the position:​

You will be involved in a wide range of fabrication processes, including:

• Operation of SDS Automation channel letter benders
• CNC routing and material cutting
• Assembly using industrial adhesives and prep techniques
• Finishing and paint work
• Light MIG welding as needed

This role is not limited to a single stage of production. The right candidate will have the opportunity to manage projects from start to finish, gaining full ownership of the fabrication process.

• Small, specialized fabrication shop
• 3,000 sq ft fully climate-controlled facility in Texas
• Comfortable working environment year-round (rare for the industry)
• We operate strictly wholesale, supplying other sign companies
