Magenta Ink Drops

Using after market ink for the last 5 years - have replaced caps, dampers and o-rings. Still is dropping. The very interesting thing that I discovered today - on a 4x10 banner is that it dropped in exactly the same spot 8' from the beginning. So it is dropping after a certain amount of time after a head cleaning. If I set the printer to periodic head cleaning the problem goes away but really slows down print time - thanks for the help Scott
