Magenta misprint.

I have an issue where the magenta head is not printing in the correct location some of the time on our xc-540. I have already cleaned the encoder strip and sensor but it hasn't helped. i have attached pictures let me know what you guys think. It's happening on multiple jobs that print fine on other printers.
