Major Banding Issue on Dark Solid Colours - HTA ROBO 2500

Hi there,


We installed an HTA ROBO 2500 a few months ago and have got it running fairly well, although there is serious banding when printing solid colours.

I've tried changing pass numbers, carriage speed, bi-directional/unidirectional, UV lamp settings, print head volatage settings. Nothing seems to make it substantially better.


What is the best way to troubleshoot this?
