Need Help major Mind Fart

My excuse is that I'm old. Who makes the banner installation system that use tracks to stretch a banner tightly on an exterior wall. They used to email me weekly and gave up because I never ordered their system. I need a good system for a 12'X12' banner for an upscale client.
