Making registration marks on other software

Hi;
I am a new bee on this forum. For contour cutting stickers which I printed in other softwares like Corel , Ai etc. I also want to put registration marks and contour cut lines on Corel / Ai then send to Production Manager.
Is Flexi Starter edition allows to do that way?
