Manufacturer's Day - every first Friday in October

I am curious. Have any of you ever had a Manufacturer's Day at your sign shop? I saw several sign shops did it last October on Facebook. Seems like it might be a productive way to introduce students to how you work. Wonder what they will do this coming October.

Pretty sure there is only one first Friday in October, maybe even the other 11 months as well.

Prints stuff
We get schools regularly asking if they can take the class round the print room etc but it’s always just hassle. Means I need to tidy and hide all my knives. I’ll maybe get them pressing tshirts next time and see if they can be useful.
