Masonry anchors

We're removing and replacing old signage that is attached to brick walls with these masonry anchors. The head looks similar to hammer drive anchor heads. However, these are mushroom head nylon screw-in anchors. (Maybe they're hammer in, but screw out?) Home Depot/Lowes appear to only carry metal nail drive anchors. Anyone know where to get these?

They're threaded but they generally don't screw out....not in my experience, anyway. Most hardware stores carry them.

If you want to be nice to the next guy removing them, leave part of the head proud so it can be pulled out with a claw hammer.

Is there a reason you don't want to use the steel version?

Redhead is a brand name. They make all sorts of anchors and aren't affiliated with Hilti.

But, agreed, there are better anchor choices out there....
