Match Striker material and/or vinyl needed

I'm wondering if anybody knows of a material or method to add a match striker to a printed vinyl decal? I've googled it and didn't find anything right off, so I thought maybe the folks here might have an idea. I have a client who wants to put them on glass jars and fill the jars with matches to sell in their boutique. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
