Materials for backlit printing

Anyone printing on backlit material for lightboxes?
Thinking the ones they use at Mac Donalds, Burger King etc for their menues.

What kind of material do you use? PP, pvc or something else.

Any problems concerning the print and media when it is in the light box?

Lexan, you can't get this on roll...
It has to be from roll.
