Matte Lamination = Non-Skid?

small size floor graphic job being quoted that will be in high traffic area. However, getting a full roll of of Non-skid material is more than the customers budget,

Will Matte lamination have enough texture to offer non-skid surface?
Will adding multiple layers offer more protection/durability for foot traffic?

You want to have the certificate for the floor laminate in order when a granny slips on the decal and breaks her hip, so if it's a public area I'd say outsource this job to someone who has the material in stock. OR you could try to find a nice supplier who is willing to let you "try out" their floor lam with a small/half roll... Good luck with the project!
