media compensation

Ever since I learned that you can do media compensation while the printer is printing, I seem to have to do it all the time now. I can't remember a job where I didn't have to fuss with doing it at some point in the print....weird

Yup, I noticed that too, but it's because you;ve changed it on the previous media and now it's never set where it should be for the new media. In theory if your profile is correct you should just have to keep the media comp set at 0 on the computer and let the profile control it, but it doesn't always work and seems to need a bit of fine-tuning just about every job.
