Media Profiles

I had to reload my Versaworks (SP540V) after an upgrade . The MediaType settings that were there are gone. What I now have is basically "generic" material types. Is there a way to get a more comprehensive list, the settings there now just aren't seeming to work.

You need to run the Online Update for Versaworks. Setup your preferences to grab Updates & Profiles for 'only your model' printer.

START>PROGRAMS>ROLAND VERSAWORKS>ONLINE UPDATE

What version of VW is now installed?

I did the update to 4

Didn't work. What I had before was a pretty comprehensive list of material types.
Now I only have about 20.

Would it be to my advantage to remove the program and reinstall?
