Need Help Media Take Up Controller (TUC-3) for Roland VS-640

Recently purchased a Roland VS-640 used and I'm discovering that take up systems for these printers are rarer than hen's teeth. Not sure why a take up isn't just integrated into the printer's design. Do they think you'll never, ever print anything longer than 4 feet? I have the rails (Roland part # TU3-64) I'm looking for Roland part #TUC-3 which is the entire motor assembly: motor, brackets, screws, clamps, etc. Anyone know where I can get a hold of one?

I thought the VS uses a TU2 not a TU3. TU3 is for the RF, RT, XT, EJ
