Discussion Mega LED Technology software help

A customer/good friend had someone else install a Mega LED Technology sign for their business. The sign has a random message of numbers 2-1 scrolling across the screen. I have tried to communicate using the Mega Engenius wireless but the software keeps saying no card linked. The software is Ledset2.0 sold by Mega LED Technology. I am waiting for a phone call back from them to see how we can fix this issue but wanted to see if anyone else has ever worked with the software. Looking for any suggestions
