Paid the upgrade monthly fee 10 days ago and still unable to post a m to m classified. Sent the contact form twice requesting assistance but nobody’s seems to be driving the bus?

Paul has not signed on since mid March according to his profile. I've tried contacting him myself both via direct PM and via the contact form last week and have not heard anything. Hope he is okay.
