Mercedes Sprinter Hood Template?

Does anyone here have a template for a Mercedes Sprinter Hood that they've made? (not a PVO, etc template)
I have a job where the customer wants their text to flow along the contour of the hood and be printed into it.

Unfortunately, the truck is a couple hours away and the install is there offsite. Otherwise I'd make a template myself like the one attached (Ford Transit hood).

That's when you just print it without the text and overlay the text. Even if you have an accurate 2D template you're not going to be able to account for the extra dimension and the stretch during installation.
