Looking for help/suggestions for welding mesh banners with heavy ink coverage. We currently utilize a Leister welder and apply masking tape prior to welding. However, when there is heavy ink coverage we are having an issue with the ink partially pulling off the print. We have tried various heat and speed settings but have not found a fool-proof method. An suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.
