I just purchased this machine less than a month ago and I'm at a standstill. I started the machine up this morning and loaded material. The machine completely paused up and then did some kind of reset. Now I'm having multiple issues. I'm getting Error50c width when I tell it that I'm using 3 of the pinch rollers. I tried using 2 of the pinch rollers and I'm getting Error51, pinch roller error. I made sure the pinch rollers are in place but I still get this error. I moved the second pinch roller past where it's supposed to be and it worked but the pinch roller is not where it's supposed to be but the plotter thinks that it is.
Any ideas?
