Hello,
Our shop has been having a lot of inconsistencies with our Mimaki CG-160fx. Some of the issues include, the blade will not lift up all the way and drags through the vinyl, sometimes the plotter doesn't cut the entire file or cuts too deep or too shallow. Also, we have encountered the vinyl sticking to the backer and not sticking to the transfer tape when trying to apply vinyl.
Please let me know if any of you have a solution. Thanks!
