Mimaki CG130-FXII problem

When plotting multiple items the plotter loses its place of where to cut and cuts outside of the designated image, i have a block that i can print 3 accross the page, i also had it 3 up so i was printing 9 blocks in total. within each block there are smaller images that for the first 6 the cut is great, they have the 5mm gap between the image and the cut as asked of it. the problem arises when it goes to cut the 3rd block and its well out. i have done as it says in the manual and only have one set of registration marks. i have trawled the forum and others and see others have had this issue but i cant find a remedy, it is ost likely a simple little thing i am leaving out.
