Mimaki CJV 150-130 not printing at ALL

Hi All, I started with a new company 1 year ago and they had a Mimaki CJV 150-130 printer that had been mothballed. It was sitting with expired ink. So long story short, i was able to get it printing again with lots of cleaning. Our go to machine is a HP latex so this one didnt get used often. Recently decided to start using the mimaki and now it wont print anything. I have changed the capping station and done every type cleaning imaginable and still nothing. Is the head shot? the machine is 2-3 years old and not alot of maintenance has been done. thanks for your help
