Need Help Mimaki CJV-150 dripping yellow ink onto media

Hello. Recently my CJV has been dripping yellow ink onto media. I did some head cleaning and can see yellow ink droplet builing up on the print head itself. Is this a damper issue? Test print is perfect and head is only 2-3 years old? Its started to turn some of my prints more yellow. Was printing blue and parts of the design turned green.

Here's an image of what's happending. Nozzle seems to be dripping yellow. Can anyone help? Many thanks

I can see the orange looks like its' going to burst so guess i replace all 4?
