mimaki cjv 30-130 mainboard problem

MIMAKI cjv 30-130,recently , i removed mainboard from the machine.
I have all the reading for tps (test points 1-8)
one test point TP3 has reading 1, all other test points TP1,2,4,5,6,7,8 have reading between 17-18 kohms
resistance, Anyone know what happen. Where should i check to, Thanks in advance.
