Need Help Mimaki CJV 30 - 160 - Skew

Hi! Today I have some weird problem on our mimaki machine, so the roll is perfectly aliened and rolled but i Get on every 2m somethin around 4cm skew, and I can't get rid of that, on the end of the shift i clean the encoder stripe and we will see tomorrow but is it possible to be something else that cause this problem.

What is good thing to use for cleaning the encoder stripe, we have before few days some remodelling in shop and we was full of dust, guys didn't cover the machines.

Did you ever figure anything out? I'm having an issue on a UCJV300-160 with media skew. No matter how perfectly I line the media up, it walks left (left specifically) a few min every time.
