Mimaki CJV head alignment

I have a CJV30-100 and the Cyan prints off compared to the rest of the colors in the Y direction. Is there a way to adjust this? Thanks

anyone every run into this? it seems to be the cyan is firing 1/64 before the rest of the colors so it leaves a blurry image.

Some people have has success with cleaning the encoder strip, of course gently and not with harsh cleaning products, maybe just a wipe down with a semi damp towel?? I won't be responsible for a broken encoder strip tho lol or anything else haha

Yes, technician found ou that print head was seated crookedly.
