Mimaki CJV150 Magenta over spray

I have an issue with the printhead dropping out.
I have done a light refill of the magenta.
Several cleans from soft to hard.
I have done an overnight soak which usually does the trick but after a while a section of the magenta test print drops out again.
has anyone else had this issue?

Having the same issue. It started after a yellow cartridge ran out of ink and sucked in air. I changed the dampers at that te and it started. I assumed it was a defective damper so I changed it again and it seemed better but started again. Here's a test print from last night, before clean and after clean.

If you haven't changed dampers and cap top in about 1 to 2 years, especially on the cap top, I would start there. Do you see any air in the ink line?
