We've had the same problem, what we did at the time was to do a nozzle wash - 99 mins. you may have to do it several times, but it will help tremendously. Also, We stopped using aftermarket inks because they'll clog up the head much faster and are harder to clean. currently, we ran into a problem with the cyan being 1/2 out on the second head and can't get it to break loose so we are looking at different ideas...damper replace, flush, filling station replace, etc.
