We've been having the problem since 2 months ago if you ever print and then re feed (raw or after laminating) the media the laser will not turn on to align the registration marks? We of course just ran out of warranty like a month ago so I didnt want to drop 1500$ on a service just for something thats literally a laser pointer and not even a real eye
What could be the issue and has anyone had anything like this happen? Im thinking possible firmware update to fix this issue and the 1-2mm offset of contour cuts
