Mimaki CJV30-130 overspray issues

Hi all. I've got a CJV30-130 that started to lode nozzles on the upper half of the nozzle check. I've done multiple head cleans, overnight soaks, replaced capping station, dampers, wiper. I'm using aftermarket Nexus inks. The overspray is awful when trying to print anything and colors hideous.
Has anyone experienced this before, and if so, what did you do to fix it?
Thanks foe any help I may get!

Could be something simple like static. Low humidity in the shop will cause print issues.
Could be a bad roll of material. Static cling material can cause what you're seeing.
Make sure the encoder strip is clean.
Third party inks can also cause a ton of overspray. Had that issue with my Roland. So much overspray it messed up all kinds of stuff.
