Mimaki CJV30-130 Reads Registration Marks Perfectly, Fails Second Time around

Mimaki CJV30-130 Reads Registration Marks Perfectly, When I go to cut in raster link via Illustrator Mimaki plugini or just in raster link 5sg, It gets to the 3rd mark and then just scrolls indefinitely until I power it down or pull the wheels. Why would it read perfect the first time and then not the second when it actually goes to cut!? CLUELESS.

Any help would be awesome!
