Mimaki cjv30-130 will not hold vertical line pattern..

Does not matter how you run in it. vertical, horizontal.. Was recommended to clean the encoder strip. Inspected it first and it was not dirty, But I cleaned it anyway.. same issue.
Also, I tried to run it on uni-direction and it still did it. Checked artwork and re-rasterized just to be sure.. Nothing..

Any help would be awesome!

when sending file from illustrator to raster-link, It states " TIFF file to large to preview" Which I did not think would effect it. and honestly I have been running the same file for almost a year with a few here and there going off chart. but now it is about 40 to 50% out of 100..
