Mimaki cjv30-160 printing prob

Hi i have a Mimaki cjv30-160 and it prints great and just put a new head in.

But the media is warping just next to the rollers and not printing right.

Iv changed the heater to a few different temps and still not flat.
Iv changed the roller harder and to lighter press still not flat.

Can some one please help

Other than what you have already tried, make sure that the media is perfectly straight before you put the print rollers down. Also you can turn the vacuum up if it isn't on high already.

Here it is in the menu:
Function>Setup>Select Type#>Vacuum>Strong>Enter

Have you tried turning off the heater completely, just to test it?

It could be humidity causing your problems, whats your temp. there

It was the vacuum some one changed it.
